We are looking for motivated students with a strong background and interest in fluid dynamics, heat transfer, combustion, numerical methods, and/or additive manufacturing.

Candidates with the skillsets and interests listed below are strongly encouraged to apply:
Ceramics, additive manufacturing, non-intrusive diagnostics (x-ray computed tomography, scanning electron microscopy, etc.)
Lattice Boltzman methods and their application to porous media flows
Simulation and/or experimentation of combustion and other chemically reacting flows (i.e. high-temperature environments, ablation, electrochemical cells)
